NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock and Warrants

(NYSE MKT:NBY), a biotechnology company focused on addressing the large unmet therapeutic needs of the global anti-infective market with compounds such as its proprietary Aganocides®, today announced that it intends to offer shares of its common stock and warrants in an underwritten public offering. NovaBay also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. Lazard Capital Markets LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.
