Alice Epitropoulos, MD, FACS

Dr. Alice T. Epitropoulos is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in refractive and cataract surgery. She is passionate about improving the vision of her neighbors in Central Ohio. Her practice is focused on refractive cataract surgery with premium intraocular lenses and laser technology. She also has a Dry Eye Center of Excellence. She is a founding member and proud to be a part of The Eye Center of Columbus, an innovative affiliation of more than 80 ophthalmologists located in the Arena District in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Epitropoulos also serves as a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at The Ohio State University.

Amr Kouchouk, MD

Dr. Amr Kouchouk is board-certified ophthalmologist at Atlantis Eyecare in Torrance, California.  He enjoys providing a variety of surgical services including cataract with the full spectrum of lens implants, refractive surgery, the full spectrum of corneal transplantation, collagen crosslinking, Intacs, ocular surface surgeries, iStent, anterior chamber reconstruction, and IOL repositioning. In addition to providing excellent surgical care – Dr. Kouchouk is an expert at dry eyes treatment and blepharitis. He has established a Dry Eye Center of Excellence, where he provides the latest dry eye treatments available.

Dagny Zhu, MD

Dr. Dagny Zhu is a nationally acclaimed, Harvard-trained specialist in cornea, cataract, and laser refractive surgery practicing at NVISION in Rowland Heights, California.  As a key opinion leader in advanced laser vision correction and cataract surgery, Dr. Zhu has been featured in over 200 lectures, presentations, publications, and press features.

Daniel F. Goodman, MD

Dr. Daniel F. Goodman is a Corneal and Refractive Surgery – LASIK specialist – and founder of the Goodman Eye Center in San Francisco, CA . He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine and at California Pacific Medical Center. He has helped train many other Ophthalmologists in the principles and techniques of Ophthalmic Surgery, including Refractive Surgery and Laser Vision Correction. In his private practice, Dr. Goodman personally performs all surgical procedures. Dr. Goodman is the Team Ophthalmologist for the San Francisco Giants baseball team, and also is the Ophthalmologist for the San Francisco Opera.

Inder Paul Singh, MD

Dr. I. Paul Singh is the President of The Eye Centers of Racine & Kenosha, Ltd, with locations in Racine and Kenosha, Wisconsin.  Throughout his Ophthalmology career, Dr. Singh has been involved with clinical research and has published papers in several ophthalmology journals. He has also presented his research at various national meetings and universities around the world. He maintains a full-time research facility and is currently involved in industry sponsored and independent research in glaucoma, cataract, ocular surface disease, and retina. He has a strong passion for new technology.

Ivan Mac, MD, MBA

Dr. Ivan Mac is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has been named one of the nation’s top cataract and refractive surgeons according to the Consumers Research Council of America.  He is the founder of Metrolina Eye Associates, in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the author of numerous papers in the field of Ophthalmology.  Dr. Mac specializes in LASIK and PRK and various refractive surgeries, including no-stitch cataract surgery, and the implantable contact lens. He also practices comprehensive ophthalmology including diabetic eye care, glaucoma management, and routine eye exams.

James Tearse, MD

Dr. James Tearse is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Tearse Eye Care in Redwood City, California. He has performed thousands of successful cataract surgeries, many with multifocal implants.  Dr. Tearse enjoyed teaching many training Ophthalmologists, first during his fellowship in Central and South America on Project ORBIS and then as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Stanford Medical School Ophthalmology Department.

Jennifer Loh, MD

Dr. Jennifer Loh is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist practicing at Loh Ophthalmology in the Miami, Florida.  Her focus and passions are cataract surgery and refractive cataract surgery, in which she uses premium technology, including femtosecond laser and advanced intraocular lenses, to help patients obtain the best vision possible.  Dr. Loh also focuses on the management of dry eye disease, pterygium, glaucoma and comprehensive eye care. Her goal is to provide her patients with personalized care in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

Matthew Denny, MD

Dr. Matt Denny is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in custom cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, and comprehensive ophthalmology at Denny Eye & Laser Center in San Francisco, California. He brings together compassionate care with state-of-the-art treatments and techniques to help patients achieve their vision goals.  In addition to his role as a clinical instructor for the California Pacific Medical Center residency training program, Dr. Denny has participated in several clinical trials, and continues to publish peer-reviewed journal articles in the ophthalmology literature.

Melanie Bennett-Sims, MD

Dr. Melanie Bennett-Sims is board certified ophthalmologist trained at Wilmer Eye Institute John’s Hopkins.  She currently has an accredited Dry Eye Center at CarlinVision in Snellville, Georgia where she treats dry eye,  Sjogrens disease, and ocular surface diseases.  Her professional interests also include Her professional interests are corneal diseases, corneal transplants, cataract surgery, refractive surgery, glaucoma and ocular manifestations of systemic diseases.

Neil J. Friedman, MD

Dr. Neil J. Friedman is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained refractive surgeon who specializes in cataract and refractive surgery at Mid-Peninsula Ophthalmology Medical Group in Menlo Park, California. In addition to his busy surgical practice, Dr. Friedman is an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine Department of Ophthalmology devoting time to resident and medical student education, teaching in the classroom, clinic, and operating room.

Stephen Anesi, MD, FACS

Dr. Stephen Anesi is a practicing ophthalmologist and partner at the Massachusetts Eye Research & Surgery Institute (MERSI) in Waltham, Massachusetts.  He has been a member of the MERSI team since 2011.  Dr. Anesi sees and treats patients with uveitis, scleritis, keratitis, dry eye, cataracts, glaucoma, and general ophthalmology issues.

Susan Watson, MD

Dr. Susan Watson, MD, is the first board-certified, fellowship-trained surgeon in the Raleigh, North Carolina, area to specialize exclusively in ocular surface disease, also known as dry eye disease. She is the founder of Watson Dry Eye Center and practiced general ophthalmology for 30-plus years in eastern North Carolina before committing to dry eye disease full-time.  Dr. Watson brings the latest technology and science to her practice, including intense pulsed light and radiofrequency therapies, in order to provide her patients with immediate relief, as well as long-lasting solutions.

Wendy Lee, MD, MS

Dr. Wendy Lee is a Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology and Dermatology, Oculofacial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Orbit and Oncology, at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, in Miami, Florida. Dr. Lee is the director of the Bascom Palmer Aesthetic center and is the Co-director of University of Miami Cosmetic Medicine, a multidisciplinary group involving the departments of ophthalmology, dermatology, ENT and plastic surgery. She trains health care professionals on aesthetic injectables, devices, and topical treatments of the eyelid, face and body.
